Free worldwide shipping is available on all STRYDE orders.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
UK: 5–7 business days
International: 7–10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order.

International orders may be subject to customs or duty fees depending on your country.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@strydeactivewear.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days with the next steps.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
